In this demonstration cooking class, Joan will show you how to make a selection of her favorite recipes from King Solomon’s Table including Huevos Haminados con Spinaci (Long-Cooked Hard-Boiled Eggs with Spinach) and Socca (Chickpea Pancakes with Fennel, Onion and Rosemary).

After the demonstration, there will be a book signing and reception featuring tastes of the recipes made in class.
