Join me at the Library for a panel discussion on the new book, American Feast: Cookbooks and Cocktails from the Library of Congress (which includes an entry from my book, Jewish Cooking in America). There will have a selection of historic and notable cookbooks on display and an hour-long panel conversation about the Library’s collection, what cookbooks tell us about our national history, and how chefs and culinary writers develop and present their collected recipes.
