Join Zaytinya for an intimate dinner and conversation with Aglaia Kremezi, leading Greek food writer, journalist and Zaytinya’s chef partner, and Joan Nathan, cookbook author and journalist, modereated by Washington Post’s Deputy Food Editor and Recipe Editor Bonnie Benwick. The evening will feature a four-course dinner highlighting dishes from Aglaia and Joan’s cookbooks paired with Mediterranean wines. During the meal, Bonnie will lead a conversation with Aglaia and Joan focused on the intersection of food and culture. A Q&A session will follow, and there will be cookbooks available for purchase on-site.
